WHAT IT IS
This plan takes your basic walking workout and brings it up to the next level! By adding simple but effective lower and upper body sculpting moves, you get the cardiovascular benefits of walking plus the metabolism boost of strength training all in one workout.
This plan keeps everything simple and easy to follow, but provides just the right amount of challenge to get you the results you are looking for! Burn fat and torch calories with this amazing routine! On days when you have the time, this 40-minute walking workout will give you the extra sweat you need to continue on the road to weight loss and better health.
THE MOVES
You’ll get started with five minutes of simple low impact walking movements followed by five minutes of easy to follow but effective muscle sculpting exercises. This walking workout continues to bring you back and forth from five minutes of walking to five minutes of sculpting until, before you know it, you’ve completed forty awesome minutes of a complete, total body workout.
The sculpting sections of this walking workout will alternate between lower body moves and upper body moves. We won’t miss a thing during these 40 minutes! The moves will not only tone up your arms and firm your buns, but also tighten your core while continuing to burn fat and calories along the way. Everyone can benefit from this type of challenge and everyone can follow Chris through the moves while she provides modifications and encouragement galore!
