Sweating Sexy Part 2

Jennifer Galardi
Duration:   21  mins

Description

Sweating Sexy Part II builds on the movements and form you’ve learned in Sweating Sexy Part I for a more fast-paced cardio dance routine that Jennifer Galardi demonstrates beat-by-beat with confidence and motivation. You’ll kick, jump, roll and shake your way to a better body all while having fun in this workout. Before you begin Part II, you might want to watch Sweating Sexy Part I, a dance workout video where Jennifer demonstrates some of the isolated movements you’ll be stringing together in this more fast-paced cardio dance routine.

Not only will this workout help you sculpt that lean dancer’s body, but you can also use this cardio dance routine to let go and be free in your movement. This is your time to have fun with dance and let loose! Jennifer will help you unleash your inner dancer and find how working out and getting in shape can be fun and, yes, sexy. Who knows, you may just want to try other dance workouts after this!

You’ll start with a kick-lunge combination as you build upon each movement in this continuous dance series. You’ll then incorporate fun moves like the hip circles and box steps that were in Sweating Sexy Part I. Similar to interval training, dance workout classes combine a lot of quicker and then slower movements to get your heart rate elevated with short bursts of cardio movement. You’ll find yourself sweating and smiling as this enjoyable dance gets underway!

As always, Jennifer will break down each movement before you speed it up, giving you the chance to see the movement before using it in the dance. This upbeat cardio dance routine incorporates ballet and jazz moves, hip-hop moves, and some jumping or plyometric work to involve your hips and abs and help you feel loose in your body. When you put together the moves you’ve learned you’ll find yourself dancing to a sexy combination that you can put your own individual flair on.

All exercises you perform are your own responsibility and you perform them at your own risk. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider before starting any physical exercise, fitness or wellness regiments of any kind.
