Description

Did you know that strength training is the key to weight loss? Building muscle is THE way to rev up your metabolism so your body burns more calories at rest than normal. Embrace this strength training program for women we call our “Definitions” series – it will change your body from head-to-toe and remind you that strong is the new sexy!

This strength training program for women is comprised of 30-minute workouts to help you build muscle and firm up your entire body as you work up a healthy sweat. Work on muscle strength, endurance, power, balance and your core all while improving your overall fitness. Each workout in this strength training program for women is focused on a different area: lower body, upper body, total body, and core.

This strength training program for women is designed to do one thing: challenge your body to build metabolically lean muscle. You won’t find any jumping or plyometrics in these workouts, just focused, results-driven strength training. Our Core Blast Pilates will work the muscles in your abdomen that are essential for lean, sexy abs, like your transverse abdominus. Total Body Firm Up offers an intense, circuit-style workout that will work each muscle group from head-to-toe. Upper Body Resculpt works your arms and shoulders, giving you the confidence you need to rock sleeveless shirts and feel empowered. Lower Body Burn is all about the buns, legs, and thighs and incorporates plenty of squats and lunges, so get ready to sweat!

If you’re not doing strength training, it’s simply time to get going. Get started today with our Definitions strength training program for women and begin firming up your muscles to feel strong and confident!
