Photographing Iconic Cape Neddick Lighthouse

Jim Zuckerman
Duration:   3  mins

Description

There are some photographic subjects that lend themselves to iconic status. World-renowned photographer Jim Zuckerman shows you one as he photographs the Nubble Lighthouse in York, Maine.

Jim sets up his tripod with a telephoto lens and waits for the golden light of sunset. He suggests a low ISO to avoid noise, and he shoots in both horizontal and vertical formats. He shows you how to pay attention to every detail, for instance, waiting for the red glow of the rotating lighthouse globe or the waving of the American flag in the wind.

Travel to York, Maine with pro shooter Jim Zuckerman, who shows you how to photograph the iconic Nubble Lighthouse.
