LIFT - Low Impact Upper Body Workout

The format of this low impact upper body workout program is simple to follow. You will do one minute of an upper body strength move followed by one minute of a cardio exercise. Following a short warm-up you’ll go right into a strength move for your mid-back and shoulders with one minute of cardio to follow. You’ll repeat the same thing again before heading into the second move appropriately called the “arm blaster.” This baby works your entire shoulder including the rear deltoid as well as your biceps and even supports the rotator cuffs!
But that’s not all! Once you get one minute of this you’ll head into the bear crawl for your cardio move. This really gets your arms burning and your heart pumping! It’s hard to believe you can work this hard with just upper body muscles and low impact, but you absolutely do! Sweat will be dripping and heart will be pounding with this low impact upper body workout. As a bonus you’ll get some great core strength moves to complete the whole picture!
