Crochet a Granny Heart
CraftsyDescription
Traditional granny squares are a staple in crochet. In this video, Corrina Ferguson demonstrates a fun twist on the traditional granny square and shows you how to crochet a granny-inspired heart.
To make the granny heart, Corrina notes that you only need to know a few stitches:
Chain
Slip Stitch
Single crochet
Double crochet
Treble (or triple) crochet
Corrina is working the granny crochet heart using a worsted weight yarn and a size H/8mm crochet hook. However, this pattern will work with any yarn and the appropriate hook for that yarn. It will simply change the size of your completed motif! The thicker the yarn, the larger the hook, and the bigger your heart will be!
