When asked what she does for a living, Cat Bordhi once replied "I'm an archaeological forensic topologist." After all, knitting is indeed topology (the study of knots and pathways), and she's immensely curious about the many ways it can be done (forensics). But more than either of these things, Cat loves the innocent, unfettered sense of wonder that arises in knitters as they explore the enchanting world of loops. That's why teaching will forever be her passion. As for designing? The nearly 10 knitting books that shes authored speak to her love of dreaming up patterns.
