She has written many Latin cuisine cookbooks, including Latin American Street Food and The New Southern Latino Table, each of which have sold more than 5,000 copies. Sandra's recipes have appeared in publications including Relish, USA Today and Cooking Pleasures. She has also served as a cookbook judge for the James Beard Awards.
