Lentine Alexis is classically trained chef and former athlete who inspires others to explore, connect and expand their human experiences through food. Before she became a chef, Lentine spent nine years as a professional endurance triathlete and yoga instructor in Asia, Europe and the United States. While living abroad, she became fascinated with clean eating and felt a monumental shift in her well-being. Today, she creates recipes and menus to inspire healthy lifestyles all over the world. Lentine's belief is that food is fuel, rather than a prescriptive formula of do's and don’ts.
